Canvas: Print stretched on a wooden frame. Classic, understated, elegant.
Canvas with frame: Same thing, framed gallery-style. A little extra chic.
Plexiglass: HD printing behind a glossy plate. Ultra modern, guaranteed wow effect.
😬 What if my painting arrives damaged?
This happens very rarely (our packages are strong), but if it does:

Otherwise, you can take a meter, or do as we do: you take the biggest one, and you live with pride.

We thought about it!
You will receive everything you need in your package.
Otherwise, there is a page in the menu “ How to hang your painting without getting upset ”.
🔁 Can I return an item?
Our paintings are made just for you. Literally.
At Kolors , each painting is printed to order , nothing is stored, nothing is standardized.
This is custom wall art.
❌ Change your mind? No returns possible (unless product not yet produced)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code ,
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to: " goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. "
➡️ Translation: As our paintings are printed on demand just for you, we cannot take them back in case of a simple change of mind. Thank you for your understanding 💛

If your painting arrives:

- Broken
- Or does not match what you ordered
👉 So don't worry, we'll send you a new painting at our expense , or we'll refund you.
